「be familiar with ＋名詞」の形で使います。

「be familiar with」と「be familiar to」の違いと覚え方
- A is familiar with B：
AはBをよく知っている
（Aには人、Bには物を置くことが多い） - A is familiar to B：
AはBによく知られている、AはBにとって馴染みがある
（Aには物、Bには人を置く）
例文を見てみましょう。
Your name is familiar to me.
あなたの名前は私にとって馴染みがある。（あなたの名前は聞き覚えがある）
His face is familiar to me.
彼の顔は私にとって馴染みがある。（彼の顔に見覚えがある）
The brand logo is familiar to most people.
そのブランドのロゴは、多くの人々によく知られている。
The theme song is familiar to fans of the show.
そのテーマソングは、番組のファンにとって馴染みがある。
このように、「A is familiar to B」の場合、Bには「人」を置きます。「AはBにとって馴染みがる」＝「聞き覚えがある」「見覚えがある」「よく知られている」などの文脈で使われることが多いです。

補足：「become familiar with」についても知っておこう！
「become familiar with」は、「be familiar with」と似ており、「～についてよく理解する」「～に慣れ親しむ」という意味があります。
時間をかけて知識を深めたり、経験を積んでいく過程を表現できます。
After living in Japan for a year, I became familiar with their customs and traditions.
