「be interested in」は、何かに興味や関心を持っていることを表す熟語です。趣味、活動、話題、人々など、さまざまな対象に使うことができるので、よく使われます。
「be interested in ＋名詞（または動名詞）」の形で使います。
I’m interested in studying English.
私は英語を勉強することに興味があります。
「be interested in 」の後に、動詞を置くことはできないので注意してください。「I’m interested in study English.」は間違いです。
